Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping – Fast & Tracked
Carriers: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Cost: $12.95 flat rate
Ideal for when you need your gear sooner. Our standard option provides full tracking and reliable delivery from our Portland warehouse direct to your door (or beach house!).
2. Free Shipping – Budget-Friendly
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Cost: FREE on orders over $50
Perfect for non-urgent orders or when you’re stocking up on multiple items. Enjoy the same careful packaging at no extra cost when you meet the minimum order value.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. During peak seasons (like summer surf prep), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
International Shipping Notes
- We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions – contact us if unsure about your location
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Delivery estimates may vary slightly by destination
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For standard shipping, you can track your package directly through DHL or FedEx’s websites. EMS tracking is also available though may have fewer updates.
