We specialize in high-quality surf and beach gear including wetsuits (full and short), surfboards (fish, hybrids, funboards), bodyboards, boardbags, beachwear (bikinis, boardshorts), accessories (fins, grip pads, ding repair kits), and lifestyle items (caps, beanies, books, DVDs).
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We carry equipment for all skill levels from first-time surfers to professional wave riders. Our gear selection includes beginner-friendly options like soft-top boards and entry-level wetsuits, as well as performance equipment for experienced surfers.
How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
We provide detailed size charts for all our wetsuits. Consider both your height and weight when selecting a size. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit concerns, feel free to email our customer service at [email protected] for personalized recommendations.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast & tracked via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: Budget-friendly via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days from our Portland, Oregon warehouse. During peak seasons (like summer surf prep), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For standard shipping, track through DHL or FedEx’s websites. EMS tracking is also available though may have fewer updates.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please see our full Returns Policy for details on how to send items back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
