Our Return Promise

At Dive Suit Pro Shop, we stand behind our premium surf gear. If you’re not completely stoked with your purchase, you can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, BIKINIS AND BEACH WEAR and CAPS AND BEANIES must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • DING REPAIR KIT (opened products)
  • DVD and BOOKS (if opened)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Easy 3-Step Return Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Package Your Items
    Once approved, repack items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Send your return package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying your exchange preference. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
  • Allow additional time for international shipping and processing
