Return Policy Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
- Exceptions: See non-returnable items below
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened DING REPAIR KIT products
- Opened DVD and BOOKS
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- BIKINIS AND BEACH WEAR and CAPS AND BEANIES must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached
Easy 3-Step Return Process
1. Request Authorization
Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
2. Package Your Items
Once approved:
- Repack items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
3. Ship Your Return

Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your exchange preference
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Information
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For our global surf family outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD (may be subject to currency exchange rates)
- Please allow additional time for international shipping and processing
