All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide except to Asia and select remote regions. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• FREE Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

5.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.4 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
• Certain items are non-returnable (see below)
• You must obtain return authorization first

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened DING REPAIR KIT products
• Opened DVD and BOOKS
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• BIKINIS AND BEACH WEAR and CAPS AND BEANIES unless in original, unworn condition with tags attached

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Once approved, repack items with original packaging and tags
3. Ship to: Dive Suit Pro Shop Returns, 3413 Seneca Drive, Portland, US 97205

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
